No Standing recycling: Account suspended twist

I've found out that my account wasn't suspended due to non payment but due to SPAMing!

Apparently updating clients with recycling reviews, invoices and other service related emails is SPAM!?

Please explain...

Why not?

It may not be common knowledge that Cape Town's landfill spaces are filling up, but they are. One visit to your local dump and you'll realise that we're dumping tons of material which could be used over again.

Recycling lessons the waste that ends up in this hole in the ground and has countless other benefits. (like lessoning the need for natural resources to make products)
